small add on for ISO surface
Hi,
I followed the idea of the density based uv-map I had for the atmospheric effect and incooperated it into the ISO Surface. The ISO Surface generates a u-coordinate based on the distance to the guide mesh now. This comes in quite handy if you want to fake a little gi in the "holes" or if you just want to tint the holes a little bit. Here is an image where I tinted the holes with a little red tone. Just to test the new feature. I also tested if the VRay Material will "see" the atmospheric effect for refractions etc. It seems to work well.
Render on,
Dieter
